Austro-Hungarian cavalry officer’s silver cartridge pouch (cartouche) with shoulder strap

Dated 1867–1918. With silver front flap and sides of silver sheet decorated with military trophies, also with silver-mounted strap. Marked with Diana head hallmark (800 silver, 1867–1936) and maker’s mark “J S”. Wooden case covered with burgundy leather. Lid with brass edging and gilded Austrian double-headed eagle, with original strap. Interior lining of the lid in good condition, exterior also in very good condition.
