Office chair with spring back: ca. 1920-30. Stained, polished beech wood with reeded backrest. Marked “Lingel” on the bottom, with a paper label of the furniture factory. Presumably a design by József Heisler. Indicated by the form and the 2 iron hinges which give the back of the chair a springy feel. An art and craft museum rarity.
